With over 25 years of experience in both for-profit and non-profit sectors, John A. Greene is a seasoned human resources executive. In 2014, he founded Human Capital Consulting, where he provides customized talent management solutions, combining his professional expertise with a personalized approach.

John's career includes senior HR roles at organizations like Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association, Banner and Witcoff, The Human Rights Campaign, and Independent Community Bankers of America. Throughout his tenure, he honed his skills across key HR disciplines.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from Towson University and a Master’s in Human Resources Management from University of Maryland University College. John is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the Human Resources Society of Prince George's County (HRSPGC). Additionally, he holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM-SCP certifications.

For the past seven years, John has taught SHRM certification courses, helping HR professionals achieve their certification goals. He is also dedicated to giving back to his community, serving as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for abused and neglected children in Prince George's County.
