John A. Greene, SPHR

John is a human resources executive with over 25 years’ experience in the for-profit and non-profit sectors. 

 

He founded the human resources consulting firm, Human Capital Consulting, in 2014 and is dedicated to delivering exceptional talent management solutions through a powerful combination of professional expertise and personal attention.

 

John’s experience includes senior-level positions with Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association, Banner and Witcoff, The Human Rights Campaign and Independent Community Bankers of America.  At these organizations, he established his expertise in essential HR disciplines.

 

John earned his undergraduate degree in Mass Communication from Towson University and a Master’s of Science in Human Resources Management from University of Maryland University College. He is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the Human Resources Society of Prince George's County (HRSPGC).  He is equipped with the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and the SHRM-Certified Senior Professional (SHRM-SCP) certifications.  John has taught the SHRM certification modules for the past seven years, assisting HR professionals seeking to obtain their professional Certifications. He also volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for abused and neglected children of Prince George's County.
